Amazing experience!!! They went above and beyond to get our van’s AC fixed last minute before our road trip. Not only did they rush to get it done for us, but were up front with the repair details, and the cost was less than half of what the dealership quoted us. Top notch!!! I’ll definitely be bringing my other cars there in the future.

Professional staff and immaculate shop and lobby area. I have went here numerous times for my Range Rover particularly and have never had anything but great service and superior work. Highly recommend for any issue on any vehicle!

Christian Brothers did an outstanding job in repairing my 2015 BMW. Went to bat for me w/my warranty company… covered. Needed repairs were done honestly, professionally, and in a timely manor. Great customer service, second to none. I highly recommend them. Thank guys…

Christian Brothers Holly Springs thoroughly checked out my car while it was in the shop for wheel alignment. A few needed recommendations were made. Pictures of the alignment process were provided. Everyone was kind & efficient. Electronic communications made it easy. They shuttled me home & back. Vehicle was ready as promised, actually sooner than originally advised. They made it easy to do business with them. Will go back in the future when work is needed.

The starter on my 2007 Civic went out. I have a regular mechanic that I go to, but decided to give Christian Brothers in Apex a try, since they were closer. The pros: The people were very nice and I was very impressed with their online system for letting you know what was going on with the car. They also have a very quick turnaround. My three points for my one star review: -They pride themselves on their warrantee 3 year on parts and labor. I then got a call, that the fly wheel had some damage and I would have to pay an additional 1200 dollars to replace the flywheel and clutch or they could not guarantee the work. I understand policies are in place for a reason, but this felt more like an upsell than a necessity. -After picking up the car, I immediately filled the tank and the check engine light came on. I figured it was sitting and I may not have tightened the gas tank. It didn’t go away and I determined that it was throwing a sensor error. I decided to take it to my regular shop and received a text that “The issue is no signal from the Knock sensor. It looks like it may have been damaged during a recent start replacement.” Included a picture of the damaged sensor.
